Experience the "Orbitform Way"
Posted on 10/11/2018 | by The Orbitform Blog Team
We, at Orbitform, pride ourselves on establishing a respectful, safe, and enjoyable work place environment. Team members support each other daily, the execution tasks toward completion of assembly projects from cradle to grave. Greeted by smiling faces and hospitality, we invite you to experience the “Orbitform Way”.
Our sales team engages with our manufacturing customers, taking an unbiased approach to determine the best assembly process per application. Supported by our Applications and Engineering team, we strive to deliver to our customers an engineered solution.
Setting the Stage for Project Execution
The receipt of a PO triggers our first actions in establishing the “winning” plan for your project. We send your team a formal order acknowledgement, introduce our project manager, highlight key project content to be engineered, confirm the target ship date, and provide a timeline listing specific tasks to be completed throughout the project.
Critical to a project’s success is insuring both teams agree on the project deliverables. Our project manager drives the kick-off meeting with our internal team and our customer’s team, to review the machine specifications, project timeline, customer required tasks, and identify risks of the project. Orbitform wants you to have a worry-free experience, never wondering how your project is progressing.
We are blessed with highly skilled individuals taking pride in their work to insure each project is completed on time and to specification. Our daily meetings, along with our project management efforts, link our team members together on your project, striving towards a seamless execution. We invite you to visit us throughout your project, and to perform the final machine acceptance.
Social and Community
Orbitform invests in our team members, coordinating social gatherings throughout the year; including potlucks, sporting event excursions, golf outings, fundraisers, I Challenge U support, opening our doors to local high schools and trade schools, participating in the “Manufacturing Day”, and hosting an annual Open-House. “Family that plays together stays together. We welcome you to visit and meet our family.”
