Here at Orbitform, we believe in the future of manufacturing. Skilled trades are a lost art and investing in the future of manufacturing is a priority.
Evidence of this drive to build the future of manufacturing can be seen in Orbitform’s sponsorship of The Academy for Manufacturing Careers in Jackson, MI, which provides skilled trades related technical instruction.
On Tuesday, May 22nd, 2018, we were honored to attend AMC’s 1st Annual Graduation Dinner. In excess of twenty hard-working students received their certificate of completion for their apprenticeship in a skilled trade.
Orbitform is thrilled to have four graduates in this year’s program. We are proud of the hard work, dedication and passion our graduates display on a daily basis.

The key-note speaker for the evening was Titan Gilroy of TITANS of CNC, who provided a very inspirational story of how manufacturing changed his life. We couldn’t agree more with Titan’s message.
Manufacturers must strive to work together to build the future of the industry through collaboration and education. Investing in a system of education for trades is key to building a great industry.
If you are reading this and you are a manufacturer, we challenge you to support your employees’ efforts toward getting their Journeymen’s card, share your experiences and encourage others to do the same.
When we all invest, together, we create much needed skilled trade workers, build our industry, and strengthen our economy.
