Challenge

First time Orbitform has released a continuous drive, long rivet (up to 3" lg.) hopper machine (CL).

Key to Success

The CL style jaws made it possible to feed (4) long rivets through each part (per cycle) without the assistance of spring pin rollsets. Spring loaded rollsets were not provided, as this workcell replicated what the customer currently has.
