Challenge

The challenge of this project was processing parts without using light curtains or palm buttons with a small footprint.

Key to Success

The Orbitform Team designed and built a unique auto-start fixture that sensed the part presence and started forming once the slide was inserted. The compact bench top unit also had custom guarding for maximum operator safety.
